Social Networking Committee Updates

These are trying times and our thoughts are with our ACMA members who are out on the front lines of healthcare, providing services to those most vulnerable to COVID-19. While the world is being told to stay home, healthcare workers are experiencing an unprecedented professional challenge. So we want to activate our community.

We want to hear from you, we want to understand how we can best hold space for the experiences and needs of our members.
Some thoughts that we have discussed as a board:
-virtual support groups/message boards: creating space to share our experiences and to process with one another
-virtual self-care classes: yoga, feng shui, dance, meditation, etc
-remote learning opportunities: facilitating education opportunities via platforms such as zoom

Here's the thing, we really need to hear from you. If anyone has any ideas about how we can support you, now is the time. We are here for our members and we feel a sense of urgency to create a dialogue and hold space. Please reach out to us at acma.northernca@gmail.com with your thoughts, ideas, needs, etc. Wishing you all health and safety. We are with you!
