If you are requesting a retest, you must first log into your CMAC account by clicking here.

Upon submission, candidates will receive a scheduling notice from the testing provider, PSI/AMP, and will be directed to schedule their examination through the AMP Candidate Services online portal, or by contacting PSI/AMP by phone or email.

There are specific eligibility requirements necessary to take the examination. These requirements include a blend of education, paid work experience* and professional practice. Please answer the following questions to determine your eligibility:

Physician Advisor Standards of Practice and Scope of Services Announced

The Association of Physician Leadership in Care Management (APLCM) releases formal standards to meet the current needs of case management, specifically, the changing and expanding Physician Advisor Role.
