Have you accomplished a case management or process improvement project? Present your information in this informal yet professional forum at the 2024 ACMA National Conference.
ACMA is always looking for new and innovative ways to improve the practice of case management. If you have a program or project that has had a positive outcome or provided a valuable resource to your patients, facility, or agency, we encourage you to submit an application.
Posters will be confidentially judged and receive extra recognition in three categories:
- Best Practice - Articulates well a best practice and demonstrates strong analysis of the published literature.
- Most Innovative Topic - Conveys an
advanced idea that will impact a common Case Management
problem or a new approach to an old problem.
- Ability to Replicate/Implement -
Imparts confidence that the process can be easily
implemented and is applicable to a wide range of
settings.
The Poster Session provides an informal but professional forum to present and discuss your organization's advances in health care delivery system case management. It also allows you the opportunity to highlight your successes and learn how others are
overcoming challenges.

2024 ACMA Poster Session Toolkit

WHERE DO I BEGIN AND WHAT SHOULD MY POSTER LOOK LIKE?
Remember, your first step is to submit an abstract by the deadline. You don't have to create the entire poster until your abstract has been accepted. Abstracts should be a concise summary of the presentation. Be sure to plan ahead, follow the application guidelines and include learning objectives and outcomes.
