Northern California Chapter (est. 2003)

Represents Case Management professionals who reside or work in Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, Stanislaus, Calaveras, Amador, San Joaquin, Alameda, Contra Costa, San Mateo, San Francisco, Marin, Solano, Sacramento, El Dorado, Placer, Sutter, Yolo, Napa, Sonoma, Lake, Colusa, Yuba, Nevada, Sierra, Plumas, Butte, Glenn, and Tehama counties.

Special Congratulations to the Northern California Chapter for 9 consecutive years of winning Chapter of Excellence (COE). The Chapter of Excellence program defines outstanding chapter performance by outlining the standards of practice for optimal chapter operation. Chapters achieve these awards by demonstrating performance in the key areas of chapter operations and attaining specific growth and development benchmarks.

As stated by Peggy Tyndall, "Our Chapter has always used the COE requirements as our chapter goals. All of our Board Meetings focus on those goals and we discuss COE ion each of our monthly calls. It is always there in our discussions. COE also is the focus of the Past President--she keeps us up to speed as well."
